Die Wohnung befindet sich im "Nordend" in nächster Nähe von Bus, Bahn und Autobahn. Sie ist trotzdem sehr ruhig. Viele Einkausmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in Fußnähe. Sie verfügt über 2 getrennte Schlafräume mit je einem Einzelbett und einer zusätzlichen Schlafcouch im gemütlichen Wohnzimmer. Der schönste Platz ist der Wintergarten und der Balkon mit Blick über die Altstadtdächer. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und kompfortabel eingerichtet. Verfügt über eine moderne Einbauküche mit Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine.
Kunst an den Wänden und gut sortierte Bücherregale sorgen für Abwechslung. In den beiden Schlafräumen gibt es je einen Arbeitsplatz (1 Stehpult mit Sitzgelegenheit und 1 Schreibtisch. WLAN, Kabel-TV im Wohnraum, Inland-Telefongespräche ins Festnetz incl., Ausland-Telefonate werden gesondert abgerechnet. Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden gestellt. Bei längerem Aufenthalt kann eine Zwischenreinigung gegen Aufpreis erfolgen.

The appartment is to be found in an attractive district of Frankfurt, called ‚Nordend’ in next proximity of bus, train and motorway.
The distance to the city center by car is about 3 km/6 minutes, to the railway-station 5 km/9 minutes, to the fair 5 km /10 minutes and to the airport 20 km/20 minutes. The appartment is nevertheless silent and has a ‚green view‘. Many shops and restaurants are within walking distance. It has 2 separated sleeping-rooms with one single bed each and an additional daybed in the cosy living room. The most beautiful place is the winter garden and the balcony with a romantic view over the surrounding roofs. The appartment is furnished individually and comfortably. The kitchen contains a dishwasher and washing machine.

You will find art-pictures at the walls. Both sleeping rooms include a place for the little home-office. One has a standing desk with seat and the other has a table to sit. You have WLAN and cable-TV in the appartment. Telephone calls in Germany are inclusive (no mobiles). Calls to foreign countries and into the mobile net will be separately accounted. Towels and bedlinen are placed. With longer stay an intermediate cleaning can take place against surcharge.
