The apartments are freshly renovated and newly furnished in September 2007 is located in the popular southern area of Düsseldorf, in the district called Wersten.

The apartments are most conveniently located in quiet surroundings in the immediate vicinity of an extensive and beautifully landscaped park which once served as the venue of the BUGA - the Bundesgartenschau – the German Federal Horticultural Exhibition.
