Das Apartment ist ein Ein-Zimmer-Apartment mit einer kleinen voll ausgestatteten Küche und Bad - perfekt zum Selbstverpflegen und unabhängigen Wohnen. Im Zimmer finden sich ein Doppelbett sowie ein ausziehbares Sofa (1,60 breit) wo zwei Personen übernachten können. Es gibt einen Esstisch und einen schönen Sonnenbalkon mit Licht für laue Abende.
Die Preise sind 50 Euro für eine Person, 60 Euro für zwei, 70 Euro für drei und 80 Euro für vier Personen. Die Endreinigungspauschale beträgt 25 Euro, ein Parkplatz auf dem Hof kann für 4 Euro am Tag angemietet werden. Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett sind in der Wohnung vorhanden sowie ein Wäscheständer.

The furnished Studio Apartment is right in the city centre of the old West Berlin, 5 mins walk to the Kurfürstendamm and famous KaDeWe Department store, but in a very quiet location. It is available from 50 Euros a day for one person, 60 Euros for two, 70 Euros for three or 80 Euros for four people as a self-catering, cosy alternative to hotel accomodation and it is much quieter because hotels are always on main streets!There is a final cleaning fee of 25 Euros and if you are travelling by car a parking spot is available for rent, too. The apartment has one studio room with a double bed (1,80 wide) and a convertible sofa bed (1,60m wide), and a dining table with three chairs. It also has a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a tub to allow you a cheap stay. There is a nice balcony with evening sun and a light to sit outside on balmy evenings. It is really close to shops and public transport(2 mins walk!) - a quiet home away from home right in the middle of the city for your holiday or business travels in Berlin!
Iron and ironing board as well as a cloth rack are provided, and tea and coffee making facilities are available.
