Wir offerieren ein kleines privates Gästehaus ganz in der Nähe der Messe mit
insgesamt fünf Doppelzimmern.Die Zimmer sind groß und geräumig und
individuell gestaltet.

Ein Zimmer hat eine eigene Dusche mit Waschgelegenheit, bei dem die Toilette
wenige Schritte entfernt liegt. Die anderen zwei Bäder besitzen jeweils
einen Whirlpool und Dusche und befinden sich neben den Zimmern.

Alle Zimmer sind mit TV und Internetanschluss ausgestattet. Die Benutzung
ist kostenlos. Wir bieten einen gemütlichen Aufenthaltsraum.

Unser Frühstück ist reichhaltig:Orangensaft,Tee, Kaffee, Milch,
Müsli,Cornflakes, Joghurts, Marmeladen, Aufschnitt, Käse, Toast,
verschiedene Brotsorten (meist selbstgebacken), frische Croissants,
Brötchen, Obst der Jahreszeit, Eier nach Wahl. Oder auch vegetarisch, wenn
Sie möchten. Wir sind flexibel und richten uns nach Ihren Bedürfnissen.
Wenn Sie sportlich sind, können Sie von uns aus direkt zu Fuß in etwa 15
Minuten das Messegelände erreichen. Alternativ gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe
eine Straßenbahn, die in zwei Haltestellen direkt zu den Messeeingängen
fährt (7 Minuten). Zum Bahnhof sind es 13, in die Altstadt etwa 10 Minuten
per Straßenbahn, zum Flughafen 5 Minuten per Bus.

We are running a small private guesthouse very close to the fairgrounds with
a total of five double-rooms. The rooms are bright and spacious und
individually furnished. One room has its own shower where the toilet is two
steps away. The other two bathrooms have a shower plus a whirlpool. All
rooms are equipped with TV and Internet which is complimentary. We offer a
big and cosy living room.

Our breakfast contains whatever you like. There is orange juice, tea,
coffee, milk, muesli, cornflakes, joghurts, jams and marmelades, German cold
cuts, cheese, toast, German bread (mostly home-baked), fresh croissants and
rolls from the bakery nearby plus fresh fruit of the season. You may chose
your egg any style you like. In case you are more the vegetarian type, just
let us know. We are flexible and cater everything possible.

In case want some exercise you can directly walk to the fairgrounds in about
15 minutes. Alternatively there is a tram around the corner which brings you
in only two stops directly to the entrances of the fair (7 minutes). The
tram takes you to the station within 13
minutes, to the old town in 10 minutes, and you reach the airport in 5
minutes directly by bus.

In these prices the VAT of 19 % is already included. In most countries you
can claim it back from your tax-office.
